Welcome to High Octane Family Festival, the organizer of UK family events. By purchasing tickets, attending our events, or participating in any activities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket holders, participants, vendors, and attendees at our events.
1.2 High Octane Family Festival reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
1.3 By attending our events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
** Ticketing & Entry Policy**
2.1 All tickets are non-refundable except in cases where the event is cancelled by High Octane Family Festival. Before purchasing tickets, ensure you can attend, as tickets are non-refundable regardless of the circumstances,including traffic, weather conditions affecting ballooing activitys, or personal circumstances.
2.2 Tickets must be purchased from official vendor Skiddle. Resale or third-party purchases are not valid.
2.3 Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove individuals for inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or non-compliance with event rules.
Safety Regulations
3.1 Attendees must follow all safety instructions given by event staff and security personnel.
3.2 Attractions and activities may have age, height, and health restrictions. Participants must comply with all safety guidelines provided.
3.3 High Octane Family Festival is not responsible for injuries, damage, or loss of property resulting from non-compliance with safety regulations.
Liability Disclaimer
4.1 Attendance at any High Octane Family Festival event or attraction is at the ticket holder’s own risk.
4.2 High Octane Family Festival, its affiliates, sponsors, or staff are not responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, or theft occurring at the event.
4.3 By attending, you waive any claims against High Octane Family Festival for accidents, injuries, or other liabilities, except in cases of proven negligence.
Event Modifications & Cancellations
5.1 High Octane Family Festival reserves the right to change, reschedule, or cancel any event or attraction due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to safety concerns or operational issues.
5.2 In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible via official communication channels.
Prohibited Items & Conduct 6.1 The following items are prohibited at our events: Weapons, fireworks, or dangerous materials. Illegal substances and excessive alcohol. Drones or other aerial devices without prior approval. Pets (except registered assistance animals).
6.2 Attendees must respect other guests, staff, and performers. Any form of harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.
Photography, Filming & Media Consent
7.1 By attending, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional and marketing purposes.
7.2 If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform event staff upon arrival.
7.3 Filming & Media Safety Policy
7.3.1 Attendees are welcome to take personal photos and videos for non-commercial use, provided they do not obstruct views, disrupt activities, or compromise safety.
7.3.2 Professional or commercial filming, including media coverage, live streaming requires prior written approval from High Octane Family Festival.
7.3.3 Any filming of staff, vendors, performers, or other attendees must be done respectfully and in accordance with event guidelines.
7.4 Restrictions on Filming Locations
7.4.1 Filming is strictly prohibited in restricted areas such as staff-only zones, first aid areas, and security checkpoints.
7.4.2 Certain attractions or performances may have restrictions on photography or filming, which must be adhered to.
7.5 Consent & Privacy Considerations 7.5.1 Attendees should avoid filming individuals without their consent, especially children or vulnerable individuals.
7.5.2 If an individual requests not to be filmed, attendees must immediately stop recording and delete any footage upon request.
7.5.3 Any misuse of recorded content that invades privacy, causes harm, or violates legal regulations will result in removal from the event and potential legal action.
7.6 Drone & Aerial Filming (If applicable)
7.6.1 Unauthorized drone usage is strictly prohibited at all High Octane Family Festival events.
7.7 Live Streaming & Commercial Use
7.7.1 Live streaming or broadcasting without prior approval from High Octane Family Festival is not permitted.
7.7.2 Any recorded footage intended for commercial purposes (e.g., advertisements, monetized content, or promotional videos) must receive prior written authorization from event organizers.
7.8 Event Organizer’s Right to Media
7.8.1 High Octane Family Festival reserves the right to film, photograph, and record events for marketing, security, and promotional purposes.
7.8.2 By attending the event, all attendees agree that their image may be used in official event media unless they explicitly opt out with event staff upon arrival.
7.9 Enforcement & Consequences
7.9.1 Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal from the event without a refund.
7.9.2 Any unlawful or harmful misuse of event footage will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Vendors & Stallholders
8.1 All vendors must comply with UK health and safety regulations and hold the necessary licenses.
8.2 Stall spaces must be booked in advance, and payment is non-refundable unless canceled by High Octane Family Festival.
Data Protection & Privacy
9.1 Personal data collected through ticket purchases or event participation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 We will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
Fairground Rides & Attractions
11.1 Some rides and attractions may have height, weight, and health restrictions.
11.2 All participants must follow the instructions of ride operators and event staff.
11.3 High Octane Family Festival is not responsible for injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety rules.
Accessibility & Special Assistance
12.1 We strive to make our events accessible; however, some attractions may have limited accessibility.
12.2 Visitors requiring special assistance should contact event organizers in advance to arrange accommodations.
12.3 Each event venue is different, and the suitability of ground conditions may change due to weather. Attendees should be aware that uneven terrain, muddy areas, or other environmental factors could impact mobility and accessibility.
Extreme Weather & Emergency Procedures
13.1 Certain activities may be delayed or canceled due to adverse weather conditions such as high winds, storms, or flooding.
13.2 In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow the instructions of event staff and security personnel.
Refund Policy & Compensation
14.1 Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by High Octane Family Festival.
14.2 If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be given options for refunds or ticket transfers to a future event.
14.3 No compensation will be provided for incidental costs such as travel, accommodation, or personal expenses.
Parking
15.1 Parking availability varies by event venue. Some of our events parking is free, while others may have charged parking options. Parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
15.2 High Octane Family Festival is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or belongings left in parked vehicles.
15.3 Attendees must park only in designated areas and follow the instructions of event staff.
15.4 Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Lost & Found Policy
16.1 Lost items found at the festival will be held at the designated lost and found area.
16.2 High Octane Family Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
16.3 Unclaimed items will be kept for a limited period after the event before disposal.
Camping & Overnight Stays (If applicable)
17.1 Campers must follow all designated campsite rules and adhere to fire safety regulations.
17.2 Noise curfews may be in place to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
17.3 High Octane Family Festival is not responsible for any injuries, theft, or damage within the campsite area.
First Aid & Medical Assistance
18.1 On-site medical assistance will be available throughout the event.
18.2 Attendees are responsible for carrying necessary medications and informing medical staff of any pre-existing conditions in an emergency.
18.3 High Octane Family Festival is not liable for medical issues arising from failure to disclose conditions or lack of preparedness.
Code of Conduct for Performers & Staff
19.1 All performers, vendors, and staff are expected to adhere to professional conduct standards.
19.2 Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
19.3 Performers must comply with event regulations, including noise limits and content restrictions.
Customer Support & Complaints
20.1 Any concerns or complaints should be directed to event management via official communication channels.
20.2 Complaints will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
Amendments & Final Authority
21.1 High Octane Family Festival reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
21.2 Final decisions on disputes, safety concerns, or operational changes rest with event management.
